We spoke in a previous article that every generation has one Tzadik Yesod Olam who oversees Creation.
He’s the one who, as the Arizal teaches, has a soul/spark of Moshe Rabbenu and is above all other Tzadikim. Generally, this individual has supernatural powers to bless people, bring salvation and see past, present, and future among other things.
Here I will attempt to prove that:
- All the judgments and accusations against Rav Eliezer Berland are fake.
- Rav Eliezer Berland is that Tzadik Yesod Olam.
I am writing keeping in mind the reader is an honest person but is misinformed, skeptical, and has been brainwashed by the pseudo-Jewish publications that have pretended to “cover” Rav Berland’s judicial case (if you can call it that).
In summary, as we will see, the whole thing was a farce, designed to smear the Tzadik Yesod Olam and make people lose any form of connection with him. Because, if you knew what you can gain from him (the Tzadik Yesod Olam), you’d understand there is indeed a lot to lose from believing all these lies.
It’s funny to see how eye-opening the last 3 years were to me. Personally, I’d never have believed it had I not lived through it. But suddenly the masks are falling and we can more and more clearly realize how we’ve been had. Not only by the governments but by Big Pharma, Big Media, Big Banks, and, yes Big Rabbis (not all though).
Nevertheless, you the astute reader, are open to learning and admitting you were fooled (like me).
You are willing to find the truth no matter how hard and unsavory it might sound. Even though this may put you on the side of the “Breslovers”, the “outliers”, those that don’t follow the “mainstream narrative”, those that “rock the boat”, the “misfits”, the “crazy ones”, “those-that-only-dance-all-day-long-and-don’t-study-anything”, and what-have-you.
But, alas, that’s how prophets and sages were called by the rambling mass of fools who didn’t know better, especially at the degenerated end of the Second Temple Era, when… – well, you get the idea. That’s how it was then, that’s how it is now, nothing has really changed.
Truly, your glorious Rov might not like where you are going with this quest.
He might say you shouldn’t doubt the “dayonem” who “judged the case with utmost dedication”, because “there’s da’as Toireh behind” (as if to say no Rabbi can ever be wrong), and that you are jeopardizing your standing in the community as well as your kids’ Shidduch opportunities in the future. He would also probably mention that “the witnesses have been cross-checked”, and they have “nothing to gain from lying”. He will even say that this is a dangerous road with these… “strangers” and that you should give up because you have nothing to gain.
What, after all, would you stand to gain?
So what if he’s innocent and so what if he’s the Tzadik Yesod Olam? Let him be!
I will answer all this in detail in another post but suffice it to say that by merely knowing who this individual is you do gain wisdom, fear of Heaven, blessings and advice. This is not a poetic exaggeration, this is something I myself experienced and is written throughout the writings of Arizal and Rebbe Nachman. And this is merely by knowing him. I have been healed from a hand infection which looked pretty nasty. There were some red stains that started small and grew to cover about 1/5 or 1/6 of my right hand.
I showed it to Rav Berland who looked at it for a literal 3 seconds and told me “you are eating too much bread”, and ordered one of his assistants to give me a green paste to put on it. I used the paste when going to sleep, and cut out my nightly bread, and truly, in 3 weeks the stains disappeared. Tell me a doctor who can do that and cure someone. And for free.
Well, the world can be a dark place, especially if you are looking for truth. There is indeed a massive, concerted effort to make sure we don’t know or have the wrong idea, of what is going on in pretty much every sphere of human society.
That’s the beginning of Geulah, when you start to realize the system of thought you are living is broken.
Rav Chaim Vital already said in his introduction to Etz Chaim that this world of Assyah is “inside the belly of the snake” and is almost entirely evil. To “get out” of the belly of the snake demands prayer, Teshuva, and a genuine desire to understand Hashem as He is.
The darkness can be great but is weak against the small light of truth.
The background of the research
To be fair, I don’t think I can do justice to thoroughly defending Rav Berland.
In a sea of vapid, idiotic arguments by the most deranged morons claiming to be “Orthodox Rabbis” and “righteous Judges”, it’s impossible to refute every single accusation against him.
Could anyone hope to refute every single “witness” and prove “THIS didn’t happen”?
Of course not.
What we can do, however, is understand how the case is so ludicrous, how the rabbis involved are so corrupted, how Rav Berland is on such a high level of Avodat Hashem, and who stands to gain from all this… that all the lies fall apart and you see how he is actually innocent.
In a way this is like Kabbalah: you have to know all the ideas, go over the Seder of the entire year, connect them and make sense out of everything. Then study the Rashash and his Mefarshim. Only once you know them, can you have a chance of understand them.
Ideally, you’d also have a solid grasp of the great scams that are going on around the world, especially the greatest health scam of the past 3 years.
So too here, you need to see who is against Rav Berland, who accused him, who judged him, on what claims, what proofs, what exactly happened and how this forced confession was extracted from him.
You’d also need to understand that Yosef HaTzadik, Moshe Rabbenu, David HaMelech, and many other great Tzadikim suffered tremendous humiliation and achieved their greatness precisely because of that, not despite that. There are, after all, levels of the soul that can only be accessed by being HUMILIATED, as Rebbe Nachman teaches in Likutey Moharan. Rav Chaim Vital writes in Sha’arei Kedusha that if we knew the value of being insulted, we’d be running toward the marketplace, begging people to do it to us.
So let’s start by saying that Dayonem were completely bought to “judge” Rav Berland. I won’t mention their names just in case they “might do Teshuva”, but they received money and already hated him. This alone already disqualifies them from judging the case.
Keep in mind also that Rav Berland has been persecuted his entire life by “established Rabbis” and old-time Breslovers who thought he was not a good fit. You know, like the Tzadikim just mentioned.
Read the books “One In A Generation”, Part 1 and Part 2
Here’s an important idea to keep in mind: Certain things CANNOT be faked.
Yes, I know lies are everywhere, our generation is in a very low place, charlatans are almost unrecognizable from true, honest people and it’s difficult to make sense of an ever-chaotic world.
Nevertheless, reading these two books (which are light reads), will give you an idea of who were are talking about and what the judicial lies against Rav Berland have been about.
The first one is sort of a biography and details Rav Berland’s life from his youth until he single-handedly opened the way for Jews to go to Uman and pray on Rosh Hashanah. It shows how he grew up studying fiercely through hot, cold, rain, and would not waste a moment. You will also see many of the miracles he performed through prayer.
The second one details Rav Berland’s case. It shows how the Rabbis had “negiah” (vested interest) in carrying out a kangaroo court against him. But it also shows how many Tzadikim of our generation support him.
So, if you buy and read the book, you will see that there are simply too many absurd things about Rav Berland. Not a single one of them was refuted or questioned. Things like studying non-stop (and almost dying many times) even when his car flipped once, bringing salvation to barren couples and singles, reviving people in coma (with his Tikkuney HaKlali), and going to the jungle with lions around, among other things. There are simply too many absurd things happening.
It’s like the Torah. One of the definitive proofs of its divine origin is that no one could get away from writing a book with a talking snake, a giant ark that survived a deluge, 10 plagues that destroyed the world’s greatest superpower, God talking to 3 million people, and other absurd events.
It just doesn’t make any sense, yet people still understand that it is real.
Truth resonates and feels like truth.
You have to do the work
At the end of the day, only you can do this work of finding the truth by being open-minded and open-“hearted”. The media is fighting to deceive you, the politicians are fighting to make money, most Rabbis are fighting to keep their seats, and almost no one is coming to tell you the truth.
I didn’t know I was supposed to appear in the picture.
Do I look tense?
Because the truth is inconvenient. It’s costly. It demands change. And change is hard because the people in power are comfy where they are. So no one likes someone who thinks for himself, and does not accept the narrative. How could you, after all, doubt all the poor witnesses that accused him of immorality (chas v’shalom)?! Do you think they’d lie?! Never mind there’s no factualy proof of witnesses except a forced confession, in which Rav Berland had to say that he did all those things in order to receive urgent medical treatment.
So do your due diligence, ask questions, probe the case, and see if any of this makes sense!
Do it without any preconceived notions, without having in mind what’s been written about Rav Berland, and without caring about what people will think of you.
Above all, do it for yourself.
Why Rav Eliezer Berland is the Tzadik Yesod Olam
Certain things are beyond words because experience is the highest form of knowledge.
A person who’s never been married cannot understand love from a spouse or a child.
A colorblind person doesn’t know what colors are. One who never ate pork or seafoods cannot understand “what he’s missing”.
Similarly, if one never talked to a real Tzadik, one cannot get the feeling of what a real Tzadik is. It’s someone who’s there entirely for you, taking your concerns as his own like a guardian, doing his utmost effort to help you, listening with complete, unfiltered compassion. And here we are also talking about someone who has mastery over all areas of Torah.
Very few people can be said to achieve this level, and one needs to experience it in action to understand what I’m talking about.
If you merit understanding this very simple concept, that there’s a Tzadik who stands above all else, whose only desire is to help Jews and serve Hashem with barely any concept of desire for this world, and that all these ideas have FULL basis in the Torah, Talmud and Zohar, and that this individual is Rav Eliezer Berland, then you will see that a great veil of confusion will be lifted and you will start seeing things a lot more clearly.
Things will change.
The Tzadikim that support Rav Berland
As I wrote, a real Tzadik is something that can only be experienced. It’s not just your regular Rov who mastered all of Shas, or likes Torah a lot, or is punctilious about Halacha.
It’s someone who’s entirely at the Jewish People’s service and has barely any concern for himself. You can see that he has Hashem on his mind at all times, and can pinpoint exactly what you need.
Many Tzadikim, including those of previous generations, praised Rav Berland in flowery terms and supported him in one way or another throughout his life. Not one of them came out against him. Among them, there are:
- The Steipler Gaon Zt”L
- Rav Yitzhak Kaduri Zt”L
- Maran Ovadiah Yosef Zt”L
- Rav Mordechai Sharabi Zt”L
- Rav Levi Yitzhak Bender Zt”L
- Rav Chaim HaKohen (the Chalban) Zt”L
- Rav Yissachar Dov Hager (the Savraner Rebbe) Zt”L
- Rav Shimon Badani Zt”L
- The Spinka Rebbe of Boro Park
- The Biala Rebbe
- HaMekubal HaRav Amos Guetta
- Rav Shlomo Elmeliach
- HaMekubal Rav Yaakov Ades
- HaMekubal Rav Dov Kook
- The Amshinover Rebbe
- Rav David Chaim Stern
- Rav Yoshyahu Pinto
- Rav Tzionov
- Rav Yitzhak Meir Morgenstern
- Rav Yitzhak David Grossman
- Rav Shalom Arush
- Rav Mor Golan
- And many others
I can’t quote every single praise Rav Berland received, but here we are talking about Rabbis who have no vested interest in anything.
Aderabah, in supporting Rav Berland, they are risking their “carreers”, and risking alienating their followers.
They have tried to warn people not to go against him, and to see that he’s actually the Tzadik Yesod Olam, in many different ways. A simple Google research will show you, see below the Psak from many Batei Dinim in Jerusalem to STOP shaming Rav Berland:
These Tzadikim in the list are people with a proven track record of Ruach HaKodesh, who have no desire for money, power, food, pleasure, honor, or praises, but only desire Hashem, Torah, Mitzvot, Tefilah, serving the Jews and sanctifying themselves.
So, let me ask you:
If all the accusations of the media, politicians, judges and “fake rabbis” against Rav Berland were REAL, do you think any of these people would keep their mouths shut? Don’t you think they’d join the circus and warn everyone to stay away from him? Do you think maybe they’d be intimidated to speak out? Do you think Breslover Chassidim would pay them to keep quiet and they’d accept it?
Not only that, but assuming in an idiotic parallel dimension that the accusations were indeed true, but hidden from the public…
Do you think these Tzadikim wouldn’t know the obvious, screaming truth, with Ruach HaKodesh?
Don’t you think Hashem would reveal it to them in some way or another and DEMAND that they prevent people from going to Rav Berland?
I think we all know the answer to these questions.
The humiliations he suffered are merits
I don’t think anyone has received so many insults, humiliations, mockery, disdain, accusations and hatred as Rav Berland for the past 200 years. Since he began turning to Breslov, his life has been marked by constant struggle against those that think they know better and wanted to destroy him.
To the casual reader, if someone is humiliated, it means he’s now in an inferior stance than before. When we see someone being insulted, we immediately tend to think that there’s some truth to it. That the person somehow deserved it. After all, if you were righteous and didn’t deserve to be humiliated, Hashem wouldn’t have decreed it, and then it would have happened, right?
Of course, everyone else deserves humiliation, but us.
But Kabbalah and Breslov Chassidut teach differently: humiliation is actually one of the greatest blessings Hashem can bestow. It cleanses a person like death (without the actual dying), and fixes middot on its own. It’s a very powerful thing.
Even religious people would have a hard time understanding this idea, because they tend to think that whoever is humiliated is BAD. And we certainly don’t deserve any of that. How could we, when we follow the entire Torah. When we are trying to do Hashem’s will and be punctilious about every matter of religious observance!
Ah, how we love to think we’d NEVER, in a bazillion years, be eating at Achashverosh’s banquet.
Oh no, dude, I’d totally support David when he was running away from Shaul, even at the risk of a death sentence! Heck, someone like me would’ve been invited to Shmuel and Yishai’s party to anoint David.
And Korach?! Hah! This SCOUNDREL would never have deceived ME. I’d totally, 150% chance, stand with Moshe Rabbenu.
Few people stop to think that if we had been born earlier, we’d be on the wrong side of history.
Yes, the majority of people are often wrong, and this also includes many cases in Jewish communities throughout history.
The world is upside down (for now). Here we have news that JOWMA’s little angels conducted an event in the US to motivate Jewish women to kill their babies. In an unprecedented move in Jewish History, Rabbis are paid to “give a psak” that “it’s a Mitzvah to be vaccinated”, that “it’s ok to shame people for not being injected with poison.
Yet, at the same time, real wisdom is scorned, God-fearing Jews are mocked, and the Tzadik Yesod Olam in our generation is persecuted as if he’s a criminal (rachmana litzlan).
Tzadikim of the generations endured tremendous suffering and humiliation and Rebbe Nachman explains in Likutey Moharan that there are levels that cannot be reached without going through them. The Ramchal, the Baal Shem Tov, Rebbe Nachman of Breslov, and many others.
Rav Berland not only suffered pain and humiliation throughout his life, but was arrested twice by the Israeli Government. This does not show a disgrace on his part, but on this country’s judicial farse. It’s a joke upon a joke that someone like him would be treated worse than the worst Arab terrorist. Never has there been a precedent for incurring a fine for asking for money for Pidyon HaNefesh.
You should know by now that the humiliation and accusations are a testament to his greatness, not his degeneracy. Just like the Ramchal, the Arizal, Rebbe Nachman and many others.
Do your work and find the truth
I don’t think I’ve even scratched the surface of what there is to write. As I said, this is a work that each and every one of us must do in researching the facts, which are very different than what the media and Rabbis tell us.
No one can absolutely prove anything, but with enough knowledge, we can get enough proof that certain conclusions are untenable (and plain retarded). Whenever you see the majority siding almost unanimously in any discussion, with a great deal of propaganda, money, censoring, and blackmailing behind it, you can be absolutely sure that the majority is wrong.
In this other post, I explain to you what you gain from connecting yourself with the Tzadik Yesod Olam.
Don’t take anything at face value, not even what I write here, because ultimately experience is the highest form of knowledge.
I hope I dispelled many doubts people were entertaining.
Blessings,
Chaim
