Did you know that your heart is a lot more useful than just pumping blood to your body?
Few people are aware, but the heart is actually a receiver and projector of electromagnetic waves. The heart is the seat of Binah (understanding), and so can pick up waves that permeate even the physical reality.
This is actually not so farfetched. Men who are married might often dismiss their wives’ advice on the grounds that “it doesn’t make sense”. The reason why we are quick to dismiss it is that we argue “they are more emotional” or are not “reasoning properly”. However, Rav Berland teaches us that this is a mistake because a proper woman can literally know the future since they are more in touch with their heart and emotions.
And I found this to be true. Sometimes my wife gives me advice and while it might not make sense (to me) in the beginning, she often proves herself right.
But don’t take my word for it, try out the meditation in the video and see what comes up.

To give a little background
As we all know, the world is filled with wisdom as the Pasuk teaches:
מָה־רַבּ֬וּ מַעֲשֶׂ֨יךָ ׀ יְֽהֹוָ֗ה
כֻּ֭לָּם בְּחׇכְמָ֣ה עָשִׂ֑יתָ
מָלְאָ֥ה הָ֝אָ֗רֶץ קִנְיָנֶֽךָ׃
Translation is:
How great are your works Hashem
You wrought everything with Wisdom
The earth is full of your possessions.
There’s an external part of the world, which we call physicality, and an internal part, which is spiritual, that acts as a soul. This internal part is often manifested as electromagnetic waves and is very difficult to perceive. But it’s there. It’s wisdom that permeates reality.
According to Kabbalah, the many possible scenarios life can play out are already in the higher spiritual worlds. Few people can access them, but they can also be read with higher states of consciousness, what we often call Ruach HaKodesh (divine spirit) or Nevuah (prophecy).
On a related note, that’s why there are people that can accurately read other people’s minds. And, mind you (no pun intended), this has been scientifically proven. The way they do this is they simply pick up on the electromagnetic waves that a person emits from his head and interpret it.
In fact, science already acquiesced to the fact that everything is made out of energy, waves and vibration. Physicality is essentially the proton of the atom, that part which has weight and some say that the entire mass of the universe could fit in a small cube of sugar if we take out the vacuum and energy.
But I digress.
The point is there’s a way a person can receive these electromagnetic waves (which contain information about the future) through this little heart meditation. Yes, it might take some time to fine-tune the technique and it might not work for everyone, so be open, be patient and don’t make rash decisions based on it.
And here’s the transcript of the heart meditation, freely edited:
Are using your heart?
Sometimes in life, we don’t know which path to take, because the choices we have to make are very difficult. And we don’t know what is best to do.
But that’s because we are often using only our rational intellect.
There is another technique I challenge you all to use, which is by asking your own heart!
So go to a room in your house, where you are not going to be disturbed, try to take deep breaths for about 1 or 2 minutes, and calm your mind. Just try to be aware of what’s happening. And then put your consciousness your awareness in your heart.
This might sound very weird at first, but your heart knows the answer. Once you are settled, ask your question to your heart. It’s that simple.
The heart is the receiver of understanding as we find in Kabbalah in Zohar, it’s the seat of understanding (Sephira of Binah). And so, make the question to your heart, and try to see what their heart’s answer is.
Now be aware that the heart may answer you using nonverbal language. And that’s okay. You will be able eventually a little bit of practice to decode what is trying to tell you and you will be surprised to know that it knows a lot more than you than you think it does because it can often uncover hidden things in reality.
Ask also clarity from Hashem and understand that you have this power within you.
And with that, I bless you that you should find the answer you’re looking for.
Other important considerations
First things first: Don’t act or take everything you pick up at face value. Your intuition may be out of tune and there may be other factors interfering with what you pick, such as stress, noise, worries and so on.
Another important point to keep in mind is that you may pick up non-verbal language. The answer may come in an image, a sound, some lights, or a feeling, but it may not be crystal clear. If it is crystal clear, great! But it’s important to come with an open mind and open heart, and not expect answers (precisely because this may interfere with this heart meditation).
I would recommend you do this starting with something that’s unimportant and will not carry a great deal of pain if you are wrong. As with all techniques, this heart meditation requires practice, practice and some more practice. But, in essence, it’s intuition that everyone with a brain and a heart can access.
Addendum: In this heart meditation, you can also lift both your hands and intend that each of them represent one of the options to your question. Then intend that the hand with the wrong answer should get heavier. Remember to keep your awareness in your heart as much as you can.
If you do this right and are open to finding the real answer, you may be astonished to see that one of your hands actually gets heavier and will go down.
As I said, feel free to share your experience below.
B’hatzlacha!
