Your course agreement
UKMC is provided by Chaim Apsan, trading as Kabbalah Empowerment, HaTzvi 15, Jerusalem 9438622, Israel. The offer and enrolment confirmation identify your course tier, included materials, price, activation date and any additional services. Contact info@kabbalahempowerment.com for course support.
One year of access
Course access lasts for one year from the activation date stated in your enrolment confirmation. The confirmation should identify the end date. There is no automatic renewal or recurring charge unless you separately agree to one.
An extension or a later purchase requires separate agreement. These terms apply to new enrolments from the date shown below. Any different access rights already agreed with an existing student remain governed by that agreement.
What is included
Access is limited to your confirmed tier and the content described in the offer when you enrol. Some outline entries may identify material that is still being prepared. An outline does not mean that every listed class is already available, and future releases are not promised on an unstated schedule.
Worksheets, sessions, community access or other extras are included only where your offer expressly says so. If an offer and the available material appear inconsistent, contact us before purchasing or using the disputed item.
Personal licence and recordings
Your enrolment permits personal study during the access period. Do not share accounts, access codes, worksheets or private media links; record or redistribute lessons; or resell access. Do not remove access protections or help others bypass them.
Materials remain protected by their applicable copyright and licence terms. Downloading a permitted worksheet does not grant a right to publish it or redistribute course recordings.
Practice and wellbeing
UKMC is an educational course in Jewish Kabbalah and spiritual practice, not a medical or mental-health treatment. No particular experience or result is promised. Stop a practice that causes distress and seek qualified assistance where needed.
Study within your circumstances and experience. The course does not replace individual professional advice or any religious guidance you choose to seek.
Payment, cancellation and refunds
A paid enrolment begins only after payment and access arrangements are confirmed. A payment-provider approval screen, pending payment or sandbox test is not itself confirmation of a paid entitlement.
There is no separate general voluntary refund promise in these course terms. Submit cancellation or refund requests to info@kabbalahempowerment.com. We will assess them under the written terms agreed for your enrolment and applicable law. Mandatory cancellation, refund and other consumer rights remain unaffected.
If immediate digital access during a statutory cancellation period requires express consent and acknowledgement, these must be collected separately and included in your confirmation. These general course terms do not automatically waive those rights.
Access, progress and migration
You need a compatible browser and an internet connection suitable for streaming. We store progress to support your study; do not rely on progress records as your only personal study notes.
Existing students may continue using their current account while access is migrated. A website migration does not by itself cancel an existing entitlement. Contact us if you cannot reach your course or your activation/end dates need correction.
Changes, interruptions and misuse
We may correct material, make technical changes or schedule maintenance. If a substantial interruption prevents the agreed paid service from being provided, contact us so an appropriate remedy can be considered under your agreement and applicable law.
Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect accounts or comply with law. We will explain a restriction and provide an opportunity to raise a concern where doing so is appropriate and lawful. This does not remove any remedy owed for a paid service.
Questions and applicable terms
The website terms cover general use and dispute provisions; the privacy policy covers personal information. A specific written enrolment agreement takes priority over these general terms where lawful. Contact us before paying if any term or included service is unclear.
