• Limited License: Upon enrolling, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Course materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

4. Refund Policy

• Refund Eligibility: The refund is not available for contributors during the crowdfunding period. Once the course is launched and online, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for people who purchased the course. If you are not satisfied with the Course within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team at info@kabbalahempowerment.com
• No Refunds After 14 Days: Refund requests made after the 14-day window will not be considered.
• Course Suspension/Cancellation: We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your access to the Course if any violation of these terms is detected, without refund.

• Termination by You: You may cancel your Course enrollment at any time, but no refunds will be issued after the 30-day refund period has expired. If you are on a subscription plan, your access will continue until the end of your billing cycle.

• Arbitration Clause: If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Beit Din Tzedek in Jerusalem – Israel. Each party shall bear their own costs in the arbitration process.
